Terms and Conditions
Booking and Cancellation
- Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
Session Guidelines
- Clients are responsible for bringing their own instruments unless other arrangements have been made.
- The studio reserves the right to end sessions if inappropriate behavior occurs.
Revisions and Delivery
- One free revision is included with mixing and mastering services. Each additional revision will cost 100 QAR.
- Final files will be delivered within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Rights and Usage
- The studio may use completed projects for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Damage Policy
- Clients will be held responsible for any damages to equipment caused during their session.
